I wanted, first off, to apologize to my readers for not updating sooner. I've had some rough months; if you've read my journal on my regular account, you'll know what happened. Suffice to say, I'm not in jail, my trial is over for the time being and I'm free to write again.

Sunrise is still going strong, even though this latest chapter I posted is mostly filler. I've got more in the works and, as I've promised a couple readers already, there's more Barricade/Bumblebee in the next chapter. Things are going to progress and it looks like this fic is going to be longer than the twelve chapters I originally planned. Some things may find themselves thrown into a sequel if I feel that Sunrise itself is getting too long.

There are also more side-stories in the works, including one explaining the background of Optimus and Megatron. Look forward to those.

You'll notice, at the beginning of chapter ten, I posted a Revenge of the Fallen disclaimer. As I stated there, I am not re-writing anything from Sunrise to fit the movie's sequel; Sunrise is an AU and I'm writing it how I want to, not how it might fit with RoTF. I've been working with this story for two years and I'm not going to abandon my ideas to work with those of other people, even the official writers. I may slip in some similar ideas, but those are simply coincidence or vague nods to canon.
